2022 Le Cul de Refugio

Earthy crisp pear fruit with notes of toasted bread, this wine has aromas and flavors of a young, lightly oaked Alsatian white wine. 45% Pinot Blanc, 34% Pinot Gris, 21% Chardonnay.

This unique blend  creates a harmonious wine with a delightful array of tasting notes.

On the nose, it offers a vibrant bouquet of citrus fruits such as lemon and grapefruit, complemented by hints of green apple and pear. On the palate, the wine is refreshing and crisp, with flavors of juicy pineapple and ripe peach. The Pinot Blanc contributes a bright acidity and flavors of crisp green apple. 

This versatile white blend is a perfect match for seafood dishes, creamy pasta, or even enjoyed on its own as a refreshing aperitif.
