The Tasting Room
Open daily except for major holidays (Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving
Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day).
In summer (mid-April to mid-October), the opening hours are
11am to 5pm (last pouring at 4.45pm) and in winter (mid-October
to mid-April) from 11am to 4pm (last pouring at 3.45pm).
